By accessing and using the Wayta mobile application and website ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable South African laws.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service, as it involves the purchase of alcohol and entry into age-restricted venues. Wayta reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
Wayta acts as a social utility that facilitates payments between you and partner venues (Clubs, Festivals, Lounges).
Users receive a notification when an order is ready. Collection is the responsibility of the user at the designated venue point.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order (drink type, quantity, table section) before confirming payment.
All payments are processed through integrated South African gateways (PayFast, Yoco). Prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. A convenience or service fee may apply to transactions.
You agree to use the "Responsible Partying" budget tools in good faith. Wayta is not liable for your personal safety or conduct resulting from over-consumption at partner venues.
