Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, and age bracket.
Transactional Data: Purchase history, favourite categories, and venue spend.
Geolocation Data: Real-time location within geofenced venue boundaries for the "Social Radar" and check-in features.

2. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed to:

Facilitate on-site orders and table bookings.
Provide you with your "Party Statement" and budget alerts.
Generate anonymized consumer behaviour metrics for CDLC Analytics to improve venue services and brand offerings.

3. Data Sharing

We share specific transaction data with the partner venue to fulfill your order. We do not sell your personal identity to third parties; however, anonymized, aggregated behavioural data is used for market analytics.

4. Your Rights Under POPIA

Under POPIA, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data held by Wayta. To exercise these rights, contact our Digital Information Officer at privacy@wayta.co.za.
